How to prepare for your maternity photo session
A maternity photo session is a beautiful way to capture the special moments of a woman's pregnancy and celebrate the impending arrival of a new life. It allows the mom-to-be to embrace her changing body and create lasting memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
When to make the appointment?
It is recommended that the session be scheduled about 4 weeks in advance, ideally in the period 28-32 weeks of pregnancy but it can also be done beyond this period.

What do you need to bring with you?
In general, mothers-to-be prefer to use studio props when it comes to clothing. I work with bodysuits, veils, and dresses. But if you have something specific you want to take photos in, of course, you can bring it. Lingerie is not provided by the studio, I recommend bras that have removable straps, ideally nude, white, and black lingerie. If you have shoes, with heels, you can bring them, we will work barefoot anyway. We do not accept footwear that you come in from outside, I will ask you to bring another pair of footwear. Recommended make-up is daytime make-up. Make-up and hairstyle are the responsibility of the client, not included in the cost of the session. You can also bring your scan/ photo from the hospital or any other personalized items. For your husband something elegant, I recommend 1-2 shirts preferably black/white as they are easier to match with dresses, also please bring shoes for both of you, not just for one person. Same suggestions for children, especially avoid clothes with designs or sportswear.
How long does the maternity photo session last?
Depending on the package chosen between 1 and 2 hours.
How many photos do we get?
You will receive a gallery to select your favorite photos ( according to your package ). I do not provide all unedited photos / raw. The final digital photos will be sent by online link (not printed).
Extra digital photos can be purchased for 15 pounds/photo.
Who can come to the studio?
Only parents and kids can come to the studio. This is to avoid overcrowding.
How long does it take until I receive my photos?
You will receive your edited photos in a maximum of 20 working days from the moment you have finished your selection.
Do you provide albums or wall pictures?
You can find samples of various photo albums or wall decors in different sizes and colors at the studio. Prices vary depending on the size and model chosen.
Are pets allowed?
For reasons of health and safety, we do not accept pets in the studio.
How to make a booking?
You can book a photo session by contacting me on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. An 50 pounds deposit is required to book your photo session. The deposit is non-refundable if you don’t attend on time at the studio. The rest of the payment can be paid by cash or bank transfer on the photo session day.
How are the photos edited?
All photos are professionally retouched in my personal style, a few examples can be seen in the gallery. I do not perform edits as body recomposition.
Please make sure you arrive in time for your photo session as you have a limited time slot. I recommend you arrive 10-15 mins early. For delays over 20 mins, there is an extra 30 pounds charge, if the schedule allowed for the photo session to still take place otherwise the photo session will be canceled.
I do not allow the use of any camera devices / mobile phones in the studio for taking photos or videos.
